Return policy
1. Custom Orders
All personalized or custom-made items (including embroidery, DTF, decals, and branded apparel) are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of proven manufacturing defects or errors made by TeeCraft Design LLC.¨
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and order details at support@teecraftdesign.com. We will evaluate the issue and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our error.
4. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once your order enters production, no cancellations or changes are possible.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size or color variations on custom orders. Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
